Exit/In: AJ Capital Partners says they will preserve venue, refund donors Dave Paulson, Nashville Tennessean UP NEXT
One week after news broke that the property holding Nashville s Exit/In was under contract to AJ Capital Partners also branded as Adventurous Journeys the company has issued a statement, saying they intend to preserve the historic music venue.
“Confidentiality was waived this afternoon, said founder Ben Weprin. So we are now able to speak to the community about our plan for preserving Nashville’s beloved EXIT/IN, which was always our intent for the iconic music venue.
Though the company is known for its Graduate hotels across the U.S., Weprin said their intent was never to turn Exit/In s space into a hotel or for any other use.
