The 144-property Brynhir development is set to feature a mixture of houses and flats, 34 of which will be sold on the open market RUMOURS that properties in an upcoming Pembrokeshire County Council housing development will be sold off to the rich as soon as they are built have been quashed by councillors. The 144-property site at Brynhir on the outskirts of Tenby will feature 102 social housing homes, a further eight in shared ownership and 34 available to buy on the open market.
