Yep, this Sunday we do it all over again! It’s the beginning of Daylight Saving Time. So, Saturday night, we’ll begin the twice yearly chore of changing all the clocks in the house as we “spring” forward in time.
Along with the joys of clock changing, there’s also the joy of losing a full hour of sleep Saturday night as we are essentially robbed of that magical 2:00 am hour when time changes from 1:59:59 to 3:00 am.
Of course, we tend to buck anything that is forced on us, but truth be told, there are actually plenty of hours each year we would love for the government to take from us. If only we got to choose which hour they take, it might make the whole thing worthwhile.
