Dimapur, June 29 (EMN): A total of 46 volunteers turned up for a blood donation camp organised by the Sovima Health and Wellness Centre under the aegis of Sovima Village Council, in collaboration with District Hospital, Dimapur, on June 29. In a message, chairman of Sovima village council, Sebastian Zumvü, has expressed happiness on the overwhelming response of the residents for the blood donation camp. “We must remember that we, fortunate and healthy ones, have enough blood to donate to those acutely in need. Our donation can mean life or death for some people who are in dire need. Let us strive towards making Sovima village synonymous with blood donors, the one and only village to have that sobriquet in the world!” Zumvü said.
