A pennsylvania lawmaker wants to put all cases of deadly force involving police in the hands of a special prosecutor. Art heywood announced his proposal today. The bill would require the state attorney general to appoint an independent special prosecutor. Heywoods call for action comes in the wake of the Michael Brown and eric garner grand jury decisions.
