Tommy Herbert was reported missing to the Temple Police Department on May 29, 2019. On September 12, 2019, the body of a man was discovered in a shallow grave in Killeen. The body was sent for forensic analysis at the Southwester Institute of Forensic Science in Dallas. The analysis determined that the body belonged to Tommy Herbert.
