PITTSBURGH – The City of Pittsburgh and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have lost an attempt to dismiss litigation from AT&T, which asserted that the defendants violated the Telecommunications Act of 1996 by their limiting of the company’s ability to place wireless facilities on telephone poles in the City’s rights-of-way.
