They were brutally murdered on the national highway when they were returning back from Hyderabad. The cops have formed special teams to investigate the matter and the kin of former TRS MLA has been arrested for supplying a weapon along with a car for the culprits. Bittu Srinu, the relative of former TRS MLA Putta Madhu is arrested in the case. Putta Madhu is the current Zilla Parishad Chairman of Peddapalli. Gattu Vaman Rao and his wife Nagamani are sacked to death on Wednesday in broad daylight.

Hyderabad: A local leader of the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and two others were arrested in connection with the gruesome daylight killing of the lawyer couple on Wednesday. The TRS suspended the leader concerned as advocates across the state staged protests.

The incident took place in Peddapalli district and the cops are investigating the matter. Special teams are formed to nab the culprits who are involved in the crime. The cops said that the murder plan was pre-planned perfectly and professional killers committed the crime. Popular advocates Gattu Vaman Rao and his wife Nagamani were traveling in their four-wheeler and they were killed on the road by unknown assailants. The incident took place on Manthani and Peddapalli highway at 2:30 PM. The primary investigation said that the lawyers were brutally stabbed multiple times after the assailants overtook their vehicle and stopped it.
