The campaign aims to highlight what the Congress perceives as "hypocrisy" on KCR s part, labeling him as dora, a term connoting a feudal dominant caste landlord.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao of delivering scams instead of promised schemes and said the state was poised to elect a BJP government. Modi addressed two rallies in Telangana ahead of the state s assembly elections on 30 November. He criticised Rao for failing to fulfil promises of providing employment opportunities, irrigation facilities and a Dalit chief minister.
