water to a pulsating cosmopolitan metropolis is the brainchild of the living
legend Moshe Safdie, creator of Marina Bay Sands and the Jewel in Singapore,
Tel Aviv’s Holocast Museum, Montreal’s Habitat 67,
Kauffman Centre Kansas, amongst others.
