SRINAGAR: Kishtwar Police detained a militant associate, Abdul Karim Butt, son of Mohd Anwar Bhat, resident of Badhat Saroor, Tehsil Drabshalla, District Kishtwar, under the provisions of the Public Safety Act (PSA) on Thursday. Bhat is the brother of hardcore militant, Jahangir Saroori.
