When we think of Ninjas, we might be thinking of the Lego Ninjago movie, or maybe Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles. But today we traveled back in time, 800 hundred years ago, to Japan and to understand what it meant to be a Ninja Warrior. If you were a Ninja Warrior, you were also known as a Shinobi.
The main purpose was espionage, or spying. We often think Ninjas always wore black but they were often disguised as farmers or monks.
