State police said a pair of alleged car thieves were arrested Wednesday night, but not before one of them rammed a cruiser and attempted to steal another car.
In a Silver Alert on Wednesday night, police described Jevon Marceau as a 16-year-old male with brown hair and brown eyes, who is about 5 foot 8 in height
