So that we have some feedback to give you in advance of this. So we have scheduled two interested public meetings. Interested persons meetings in december on the 4th and the 10th to do this. As i mentioned before, i have been in conversation with president chiu about this. Ive been in conversation with mayor lee about this. Our sense was as i said before, the city family can come together and marshal the resources to try to make this happen. And if we have a willing party in terms of the property owner, i think it is possible. We have evaluated the level of Environmental Review that we believe would be required. We believe that its doable in that timeline. The other approvals we believe are doable in that timeline. Its certainly by no means easy. Its by no means a slam dunk. But, again, would not have recommended it if i didnt think it was viable. As i said before, i think it is a win win scenario. Its one that i would like to see happen. And with regard to the timing, as i tried to explain, if we dont make a decision by a certain point, we start to impact the project and put the agency and the san franciscans who fund it at risk.
