As of Tuesday afternoon, power had been restored to all but about 75 customers. Forecast to dump up to 18 inches of snow on the Ocean State, the massive storm left a larger wake in places like Northern New Jersey, which got 30 inches; Manhattan s Central Park, which received 17 inches; and Lowell, Massachusetts, hit with 24 inches.
