A team from the Putatan police station detained a local for alleged possession of syabu and cannabis near Kg Lok Kawi Baru, here, Monday.
Penampang District Police Chief DSP Mohd Haris Ibrahim said the man was detained near the roadside of Kg Lok Kawi-Papar.
He said a translucent packet containing powder and crystal lumps presumed to be syabu weighing 5.14gm was recovered following an inspection
