NORRISTOWN — Local leaders authorized a series of contracts totaling approximately $1.8 million during the April 1 Montgomery County Board of Commissioners meeting. The dozen contract awards, amendments and renewals spanned several departments including assets and infrastructure, public safety and information and technology solutions. A big ticket item presented during the April 1 meeting was renewing an existing roads and bridges consulting agreement with McCormick Taylor, of Exton. The six-figure contract, not to exceed $720,000, covered advisory services, allotted for a one-year term with “one remaining optional annual renewal.” - Advertisement - A $316,446, three-year contract with Pinnacle Integrated Systems, Inc., of Malvern, covered “voice and data cabling services.”
