This is video of the scene. This happened around 9 15 last night at the winton avenue exit. Police say the gunmen pulled up to a truck and started shooting. Two of the three people in the truck were hit and have nonlife threatening injuries. There is no clear description of who police are looking for. Your daypart forecast shows that temperatures will increase to the mid 50s by 10am. Look for low to mid 60s by noon, then upper 60s inland by this afternoon. It will stay in the mid 60s by the bay. Looking ahead, an approaching weather disturbance will keep winds blowing for the next couple of days. There is a chance of light rain tuesday as the system moves by.
