Populous states are member of the compact and your biggest states are not. Right. And if you look at the folks who the states that have decided to be part of the physician licensure compact, states like i think its West Virginia and one of the dakotas, idaho. California is not going to do it any time soon. Texas is not going to do it any time soon for all kinds of reasons.
