You have decades of experience at the u. N. , you have worked in the u. S. Previously in conflict zones. Thinking over all of those errors, what has changed from when you started out in diplomacy . Wow. That is a big question. Not much has changed actually. That sounds dull. And it sounds like diplomats are stuck in the last century. But fundamentally, diplomacy is about human relations.
