Bahrain, May 5 2021: Bahrain’s leading telecom operator Zain Bahrain has announced that the company is committed to delivering better network connectivity and enhanced data speed in 2021 despite COVID-induced challenges.
Zain also said that it would build on the successful network expansion that took place in 2020 to accommodate the introduction of 5G spectrum in Bahrain.
As a key step towards empowering customers with next-generation services while simultaneously improving their digital lives, Zain only deploys state-of-the-art 5G hardware, the company added. This approach helps Zain ensure superior mobile broadband and fixed wireless connectivity with higher speeds, lower latency.
At the same time, Zain is also carrying out substantial work to improve the quality of the 4G connectivity already in the offering. As a key step in that direction, the company has increased its LTE layer capacity and coverage by installing new LTE bands.
Zain Bahrain provides enhanced coverage coverage in new areas
MANAMA, 18 days ago Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications operator in the Kingdom, has become the first network operator to provide enhanced mobile and broadband network connectivity in the newly developed areas of East Hidd, Hidd block 111, and Lawzi, the company said. These areas are primarily where new housing projects are being developed by the Ministry of Housing and private developers. “In line with the government’s direction in facilitating the telecom services in those areas, Zain Bahrain took a progressive approach and worked tirelessly through last year to roll out 4G and 5G broadband networks to these specific areas where residents will enjoy enhanced data speed and greater network connectivity opportunities to meet the increasing customer demand,” Zain Bahrain said.
