The ANC in the North West on Tuesday confirmed that three councillors, who secretly voted for the EFF's Olebogeng Mogorosi as speaker of the Mamusa municipality, had been identified.
The ANC lost out on the mayoral position despite having an outright majority in council yet again. The EFF’s Tebogo Babuile was elected mayor of the Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District Municipality.
