Infielder Jed Lowrie is rejoining the A’s again, agreeing to terms on a minor-league deal with an invitation to spring training that could allow him to compete for Oakland’s second-base job.
It will be the third A’s stint for Lowrie, 36, who also played for Oakland in 2013 and ’14 and 2016 through ’18.
“All good stories are trilogies, right?” Lowrie told The Chronicle by phone Wednesday.
