Morning. Officials are investigating a crash that caused i43 northbound to be shut down. And a pedestrian is seriously hurt in a hitandrun on milwaukees south side. Angelica joins us from the newsroom with new information on both of these stories. It happened near 16th and police say a woman was crossing the street when a vehicle struck her and then the driver took off. She was taken to the hospital and is in Critical Condition.
