PETA to put up billboard to memorialize dozens of cows killed, injured in Fort Worth crash

FORT WORTH, Texas - PETA plans to put up a billboard in Fort Worth near where about 50 cows were injured or killed in a crash involving a cattle trailer.
The crash happened Sunday, on W. Loop 820, near Team Ranch Road. The Fort Worth Fire Department crews responded to the crash, and found the cattle trailer had rolled off the roadway and the cattle were trapped in the trailer.
The driver had the minor injuries, but FWFD said a large majority of the almost 80 head of cattle had fatal injuries.
Teton County Wyo. Fair entries open this week
JACKSON, Wyo. (KIFI) – The Teton County Fair is officially taking entries for many of its most popular events, including the Figure 8 Races, Blue Ribbon Exhibit Hall and the Open Class Horse Show.
“Coming off an adjusted 2020 Fair due to COVID-19, we are very excited to be able to celebrate the Fair’s history with a little bit of normalcy,” Teton County Fair and Fairgrounds Manager Rachel Grimes said.
