Philadelphia. My drivers test is coming up on october 25th and im not going to take it. All right and more details about proposed changes in the wake of deadly crashes on roosevelt boulevard. This latest crash comes more than three years after an accident claimed samarra banks and one of her three sons. Earlier this year, a local lawmaker called for cameras to catch speeding drivers along roosevelt boulevard. Those cameras would log speed and then automatically send the ticket to drivers who went at least 11 miles an hour above the speed limit.
