Reporter according to a source that suspect arrested just a couple of hours ago arrived here at the San Jose Police Department Just a few minutes ago just a few days after police say he tried to sexually assault a 13yearold girl inside her san jose home. It was caught on camera. Police say he forced his what into her home after she was walking home from school. He tried grab her. She fought back and we spoke to her. Heres what she says happened. I tried to slam the door on him but i couldnt. So he gets inside and tries to grab me. So i push him back. I try to get him off of me. Reporter that happened tuesday. And Police Believe this same suspect also tried to sexually assault a woman at the matsui market last month. He followed her into the bathroom and fled.
