She has dedicated her life to rescuing cats that have been roaming free on that campus. She took in at least 100 of them into her home. They were here overnight because she thought theyd be safe. Clearly, that turned out not to be the case when a fire started early this morning, around 1 45. She was inside the home. Her dog was fortunately there with her, another dog that she had rescued who was alert enough and save her, unfortunately you not the case for her cats. There just arent enough good homes for them. And they come home to live with me as well. And oh, my. Reporter shock over the incomprehensible.
