Mural. A man got into an argument with ramos, we dont know over what and all of a sudden people heard gunshots ring out. Ramos fatal a struck. Just an amazing spirit. He was just out here because he loved painting and he loved being out in the community. The Nonprofit Group is called attitude healing and art. Ramos worked with them on several other murals. The group fund raised the money for the supplies and worked on the mural and a group of students from west Oakland Middle School designed the mural. All of this was in progress when it happened yesterday. Some of the students were supposed to come out here today to paint the mural, but we dont know if that field trip is still going on.
