January was an incredibly busy month for Pokémon Go players, but February promises to be just as jam-packed as we continue on the road to the much-anticipated Kanto Tour happening this month. There is now a Team Go Rocket Celebration event, and here you’ll find all the Pokémon Go Team Go Rocket Celebration event field research tasks and rewards so you can complete and attain everything on offer.
Much like last month, there will be Legendary and Mega Raids to anticipate for February 2021. These include Raikou who is available now until the 4th, the proceeding Suicune who will be available until the 9th, and the month will close with Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Mewtwo. All of this is awfully exciting, but the big headliner for February is no doubt the Kanto Tour.
A message from Niantic explaining the event also teased that something more could be coming our way, telling gamers this week: “Team GO Rocket is celebrating but why? It’s up to you to find out! Here’s what you can expect during the Team GO Rocket Celebration event.
“Be on the lookout for Pokémon like Golbat, Koffing, Ariados, Qwilfish, Sneasel, Houndour, Nuzleaf, Stunky, Skorupi, and Venipede appearing more often in the wild.
“Qwilfish, Larvitar, Corphish, Absol, Skorupi, Sandile, Scraggy, Pawniard, Vullaby, and Deino will be hatching from Strange Eggs during and after the event.”
