Should be mandatory that especially pit bulls, dogs should be muzzled, especially when theyre inside of Apartment Building complexes and also when around little kids. People are not aware of it. But a pit bull dog is a wild animal. They originated from the netherlands. Okay. They used to be used to herd cattle. Okay. Then from there they were brought into communities from the netherlands, overseas, from there they were imported into the United States. And every year and a half or two, you hear about a pit bull attacking somebody. Either theyre in the backyard or either in the neighborhood or in an Apartment Building complex. We had a female that was killed by a pit bull. And, as a result, the openers were placed in jail. So i think it should be mandatory that not only these types of dogs, but other dogs as well, who are biting and rushing up on people on who they dont know, it should be a requirement to have a dog with a muzzle, when youre in the public areas and areas where children a
