New number one contenders to the ROH Tag Team titles were crowned in Dragon Lee and Kenny King, EC3 made his return, and Shane Taylor Promotions defeated MexiSquad to win the ROH Six-Man Tag Team titles.
Quinn McKay welcomed us to the broadcast and hyped this week s card, including a star-studded main event with MexiSquad defending their ROH Six-Man Tag Team titles against Shane Taylor Promotions. McKay also announced that Shane Taylor will get an ROH World Championship match against Rush on next week s episode.
McKay also noted that next week’s show will feature ROH Tag Team Champions Jay Lethal & Jonathan Gresham defending their titles against the winner of this week s Briscoes vs. Dragon Lee & Kenny King number one contender s match.

After a brief back and forth, Castle steps out of the ring. They lock up as Castle gets back in the ring. Woods brings Castle to the mat with an arm-lock. Woods eventually hits a German Suplex on Castle. Woods pins Castle for a two count. Woods hits a Gut Wrench Suplex on Castle. Castle hits a German Suplex on Woods. Woods connects with a kick to the midsection of Castle. They exchange forearm strikes. Woods drives his knee into the back of Castle. Woods reverses Castle’s Bang-A-Rang finisher into a Cloverleaf Body-Scissors. Castle taps out.
Ring of Honor has revealed some more information about Final Battle 2020.
It was announced today that Final Battle Hour One will air for free on HonorClub, Best on the Planet, STIRR City, Facebook, and YouTube. Final Battle Hour One will air from 8 p.m. Eastern time to 9 p.m. Eastern on Friday, December 18, with the Final Battle main card then airing on pay-per-view and HonorClub immediately after. ROH PPVs are now included with all HonorClub subscriptions at no extra cost.
Tony Deppen vs. Dak Draper vs. LSG vs. Josh Woods, which had already been announced for the show, will take place on Final Battle Hour One. The winner will advance to challenge Dragon Lee for the ROH Television Championship later in the night on the main card.
