So, i guess i have to expiate my Many Political sins and i spent time in the wilderness. But i am back and i can reflect on how politics work, how it worked then, whats happened in the meantime, challenges we now face. I promoted solar energy back in 1975 when i signed a law that granted a 55 tax credit to the installation of solar. That time was mostly solar hot water. But 55 was a credit, not a deduction. So, you took it right off your state income tax. Probably the biggest incentive that has ever been provided. But over the years times change, but still california at that time was leading the way in solar and building efficiency, and then very shortly after 1982 promulgated appliance efficiency standards. So, we did get the sense of renewable energy, efficiency, elegance in the way we handle resources. Today, of course, we know a lot more. We know about Climate Change. We know about population, several billion more. We know if the demographers are right, the world will add 2 billion

Additions or seismic up grades and changes in use and changes of occupancy and so if in this case there is no change of use or occupancy there is still two units and then we will, our department will look administratively again, at reissuing the 3 r based on this boards determination and we will discuss with our director and actually we are going to take whether we will do that based on the determination tonight or the subsequent permits as they proceed. Okay. Yeah, i mean that it seems to me that it has to be clarified that at if at some point the building sells again, we have a report that is issued with the units and if the determination tonight is that permit is going to be reinstated and the revocation is denied, and we will have to evaluate the reissuance of that report to reflect the actual two unit building. Go ahead. I was going to say that we should focus on what is before us which the revocation. I believe thatis correct. So, would you like the roll to be called . That is my

What did Cindy Shamban not see and im talking about the first paragraph that has maybe four sentences in it. Of course, she, meaning carla, acknowledges the folsom street fair accessibility fair and the folsom street event, so were real clear about the transparency of doing it on tv. I am writing cindy had 30 days to respond to me, an illness befell her and she missed her deadline. Next thing i know, Mayors Office on disability is supposed to respond, which is kind of, sort of, liability, not a good thing. But well overlook that for now. This is just amazing. So its in regards its 4 17 2013 complaint regarding path of travel obstructions that you have observed during the folsom street fair.
