Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a steep rise in depression, anxiety, loneliness, drug overdoses, suicides, and violent crimes, With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel like there’s no way out. However, no matter how desperate things may seem, there’s still hope out there, and Charlson Gaines is here to show everyone why.
Charlson Gaines is a retired and disabled US Air Force veteran. He served all over the world as an intelligence analyst, including stints in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Qatar, and Korea. During this time, he earned his Master’s Degree in Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine. He is currently a Health Psychology Ph.D. candidate. He also spent four years as a DoD-Certified Physical Assault Victim Advocate.
