Next Today was a busy day for the Ridgefield Police Department! On this incredibly beautiful Saturday, officers participated in National Drug Take Back Day AND held Coffee with a Cop at Tazza Cafe! Thank you to all of you that participated in our National Drug Take Back Day and Coffee with a Cop events today. Both events were very successful! We appreciate your support. Also, a special thank you to Tazza Cafe Ridgefield for hosting Coffee with a Cop. Coffee with a Cop is a national initiative supported by The United States Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services. Similar events are being held across the county, as local police departments strive to make lasting connections with the communities they serve.
