In its commitment to advancing equitable learning opportunities through purposeful learning, Taylor’s College has unveiled an extensive initiative to bolster special education at Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Bingkor in Keningau, Sabah.
Through the school’s implementation of Projek School Enterprise Kedai Dobi OKU and Mock House Training Centre, both Taylor’s College and SMPK Vokasional Merbok aim to empower special needs students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a seamless transition into the workforce.
The studio was the idea of Cikgu Mohammad Hazeem Azemi, a special needs teacher in SMK Kuala Krau and the RISE Educator of the Year winner for the RISE Educator Award.
