The family of a 2-year-old boy, who went missing last week in Las Vegas, is seeking the help of the public to find the child.
The toddler has been identified as Amari Nicholson. The Las Vegas police said the boy was last seen Wednesday at the Emerald Suites, 3684 Paradise Road, near East Twain Avenue. On Monday, volunteers distributed flyers in the area where the boy disappeared as the relatives requested the public to come forward with any information leading to the whereabouts of the child. Volunteers with Nevada Child Seekers were involved in the search.

LAS VEGAS (KVVU) - Nevada Child Seekers issued a statewide alert for 2-year-old Amari Nicholson, missing since Wednesday.
Amari’s mother, Tayler Nicholson, and her boyfriend, Terrell Rhodes, gave their side of the story earlier this week.
Nicholson said she was in Colorado when Amari was taken, under Rhodes’s watch, from their apartment.
The mother had told her boyfriend someone would be stopping by but didn’t clarify who or why.
The LVMPD Missing Persons detail is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 2-year-old Amari Nicholson. He was last seen on May 5, 2021 near Paradise Rd and Twain Ave.

LAS VEGAS (KVVU) Las Vegas police are investigating a report of a missing 2-year-old boy last seen east of the Strip.
About 3:11 p.m. on May 5, the child, identified as Amari Nicholson, was reported missing in the area of 3600 block of Paradise Road near Sands Avenue.
All hospitals are asked to check their registries for him and notify police.

As the search continues for a missing Nevada toddler, family members are trying to dispel rumors surrounding the boy’s disappearance.
The child, identified as Amari Nicholson, 2, was last seen at 6 a.m., although according to Metro dispatch logs, he was reported kidnapped at 3 p.m.
Amari’s mother, Tayler Nicholson, told Fox 5 that the boy was taken from the Emerald Suites, where her boyfriend, Terell Rhodes, was staying with the child. Rhodes said someone knocked on their room door and said she was the sister of Amari’s father and was there to take the boy with her.
Nicholson said she was in Colorado at the time, but she admitted she told Rhodes that “someone would be stopping by” after the couple got into an argument. Nicholson never said who would be stopping by or why, but Rhodes said he still had the message “in his head” when the woman picked up Amari.
