BUAH WORPLUKEN, Grand Kru County – Liberia’s Deputy Speaker Grand Kru County District #2 Representative Cllr. J. Fonati on Saturday broke grounds for the construction of the Sally A. Togbabou Elementary School in Buah Wropluken, Grand Kru County.
Deputy Speaker Cllr. J. Fonati Koffa is presiding in the absence of Speaker Bhofal W. Chambers.
The Deputy Speaker and Grand Kru County District # 2 Representative, Cllr. J. Fonati Koffa has presented his 3rd Annual Report to constituents, cataloging successes and challenges from 2018 – 2020.
The report was presented Tuesday, April 27, 2021, in Barforwin, Lower Bolloh, Dorboh Statutory District. Over 100 constituents in attendance represented the Six Statutory Districts in Grand Kru County District #2, including delegates from the local county authority, the ruling party, and line ministries.
The delegates from each of the Statutory District comprised of Statutory Superintendents, District Commissioners, Women, Youth, and traditional leaders. The six Statutory Districts are Kplio, Buah, Sasstown(Jroah), Jloh, Dorboh, and Forkpoh.

The scholarships were awarded to the children due to their respective and impressive delivery of welcoming statements on behalf of their respective communities in the ongoing citizens’ engagement meetings, which kick off Friday, April 16, 2021.
MONROVIA – Three elementary students in District 2 Grand Kru County, have been awarded scholarships up to Bachelor Degrees by Liberia’s Deputy Speaker Cllr. J. Fonati Koffa.
Cllr. J. Fonati Koffa who has been on a 45 communities tour in his district made the disclosure in Barforwin where he presented his 3rd Annual Legislative Report.
