IN RELEASING the findings of the commission of inquiry into taxi violence, Gauteng Transport MEC Jacob Mamabolo said one of the findings is that vehicles owned by associations and by some powerful individuals in the association don’t wait for their turn in loading lines. He said they simply move to the front when they arrive at a taxi rank, which causes resentment from the general membership.
