And weve heard a lot of comments are the ble report so i wont go into the details about public safety, but we know include insurance and vehicle inspections and clearly marked vehicles, drivers training, background checks, et c. We have noticed through our Enforcement Team that there has been an up tick in violations associated with street hails of non tnc vehicles and non taxi vehicles so this is something were concerned about. General public drivers picking up street hails. Last week in the last few weeks there was a registered sex offender actually found to be trying to pick up a street hail so this is a real concern to us when private vehicles that are not clearly marked are providing services so we know the values of Good Customer Service and non discrimination. All customers are required to be served in the taxi industry, all neighborhoods are required to be served. We can do better on that. A

The striping on this report, which i believe that you all have copies of indicates different days and times, and that these balance checks were conducted and that tell us that all of those cards were in the cab at the same time. And although, it is not credible to us that all of the patrons were in the cab at the same time. In addition, to that, i have another thing here. These are transactions that originate or end at town taxi facility. And based on the toe at patterns the cards were his possession and none of the trips that were recorded during this time period actually transported those patrons. Thank you. Drivers have earn a total of almost 3500 worth of incentives in that short time. In terms of the credits towards their medallion down payment, 36 drivers have earned a total of almost 28,000. So that is real value for our drivers. Weve given out 270 airport shortpasses to 48 drivers. And we have had 36 drivers take advantage of the free ramp taxi Training Course at a cost of 80 per student. So they saved 80 there. Under our old incentive scheme, 173 drivers these are ramp taxi drivers earn a total of 118,000 worth of incentives and that was from jan, 2011, to november, 2013. So the mta is really putting money into this service. This is an extremely valuable service. The entire taxi industry is important to our Paratransit Program, and specifically the ramp taxi program as well. Most of our paratransit trips are provided to frail seniors, who are ambulatory and do ride on the sedan. Although i live a normal life, it can make things a little more complex. For example, i have problems with comprehending not so simple directions to places and i have to write them down. I dont really watch many reality shows or drama because i often get anxious or scared around the fighting and swearing and i have these sort of things i called memory aches. Where i cant stop thinking about a certain memory for a period of time and i have to watch something that is good for it to stop. But having it has its perks.
