A passenger died when a loaded taxi overturned on the N2 between Qonce and East London on Saturday morning. Provincial transport department spokesperson Unathi Binqose said the taxi veered off the road and rolled after the driver had lost control. “The taxi had 12 people on board and only one passed on.
