Learned the City Attorney has agreed to pay figueroa 190,000 in a settlement. Figueroas lawyer says it sends a message. Its all the more important to San Francisco to stand up for its values. He was the victim of crime. He had been robbed of his car. If somebody cant go into the sfpd and do that, then it creates a situation where, um, you have less public safety.
