PICTURE: Google Street View NEARLY 2,500 staff will be told that their jobs have been axed today after fashion website Boohoo bought Dorothy Perkins and two other Arcadia brands for £25.2million. Fast fashion giant Boohoo will control of Dorothy Perkins, Burton and Wallis after online rival Asos bought Arcadia s flagship brand Topshop. Wallis and Dorothy Perkins both previously held concessions at the Taunton Debenhams, which has itself closed. Dorothy Perkins and Wallis also had concessions at Beales in Yeovil, while DP and Burton shared a store in Weston super Mare s High Street. The trio also had outlets in Bath.
