BANGALORE, India and PRINCETON, N.J., Feb. 03, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG), Brighton Park Capital and Indegene, the Bangalore-headquartered enterprise healthtech solutions provider, today announced that Carlyle and Brighton Park Capital will acquire minority stakes in the company for US$200 million.
