A Bengaluru resident, Sharath Kumar, expressed dissatisfaction on social media after receiving a supposedly defective Tata Nexon he purchased for Rs 18.2 lakh. In a video, he highlighted various issues, including water in headlights and flawed welding. Kumar claimed neither the dealer nor Tata Motors showed interest in resolving the problem or providing a refund, insisting on repairs and a 2-year extended warranty instead.
