Holy Water Hard Seltzer Brewpub & Sushi coming to South Asheville

ASHEVILLE - Thirsty Monk owner Barry Bialik is back again with a new concept in an ongoing effort to lend distinct personalities to his pubs locations. Thirsty Monk s Gerber Village location, where the Monk s brewing operations are headquartered, will soon transition to Holy Water Hard Seltzer Brewpub & Sushi.  Asheville’s first hard seltzer-dedicated brewpub, the sushi spot will highlight the Monk s cocktail-reminiscent Holy Water seltzer line. Bialik, who recently opened Tasty Greens adjacent to his Biltmore Park Town Square pub, is now the first to bring low-carb sushi to the city with a line of cauliflower-rice rolls. One of the earlier local brewery owners to pivot toward beverages with health-conscious consumers in mind, Bialik s low-calorie seltzers and Monk Lite beer have remained strong sellers since their launch.
