DAGUPAN CITY – The Task Force Bantay Ilog has started the demolition of illegal and oversized fish pens and fish cages in this city.
A notice of violation and demolition was given to owners and operators on Friday, Nov. 11.
The task force was accompanied in the demolition by the City Agriculture
