For the 15th consecutive year, the program honored local organizations that made exceptional efforts to reduce their carbon footprint and increase conservation of resources.
“These winners set a great example for others to follow. They’ve demonstrated that investing in clean and innovative technologies not only help the environment but also benefit the bottom line,” said Tashonda Taylor, vice president of customer operations for SDG&E, in a statement. “Ultimately, their efforts help our region move closer to meeting California’s ambitious climate goals and in turn, create a sustainable future.”
