A sentencing hearing for ex-IRA man Nathan Kinsella, who pleaded guilty to failing to make tax returns, has been delayed after he filed a fresh return that the State has said is "not in keeping with the evidence" previously received.
The State has dropped money-laundering and tax charges against a woman who had been due to stand trial at the Special Criminal Court, just five days after her ex-IRA partner pleaded guilty to similar tax offences.
