Were about three blocks from hicks road. The scene is a massive scene. Two cars that were involved. Joining me is mateo san cles. He was here right after it happened. Tell me what you saw. When i pulled up to the scene, me and my friends started running towards it. We saw two cars. And one was pretty badly hit and the other one had his hood smashed in.
